- your circumstances have changed since you were granted a visa<\/span><\/li>\n
- you refuse to let Immigration New Zealand take your photo or to provide Immigration New Zealand with your fingerprints or an iris scan, if asked for them<\/span><\/li>\n
- you’re unable to provide evidence of any onward travel or funds required by the conditions of your visa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n
\n\nDuration \u2013 Visitors and tourists<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\nYou can visit New Zealand as a genuine tourist for up to 9 months in an 18-month period.<\/span><\/p>\n\nYou can apply for another 3 months’ stay and extend your stay to 12 months in a 24-month period, if:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- you need more time to complete your tourist itinerary<\/span><\/li>\n
- you can’t leave New Zealand for reasons beyond your control<\/span><\/li>\n
- you’ve applied for residence for the first time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
To apply for another 3 months’ stay, you must have financially supported yourself and not worked, studied or been sponsored during your stay.<\/span><\/p>\nIf you’ve recently visited New Zealand for a total of 12 months, you have to remain outside New Zealand for 12 months before you can apply for another Visitor Visa.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\nIf you want to travel in and out of New Zealand, you must have valid\u00a0multiple entry travel conditions\u00a0to return to New Zealand.<\/span><\/p>\n\nYour travel conditions will be explained on your visa label or visa letter.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\nYou can’t work in New Zealand on this visa.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\nYou may study for up to 3 months in any 12 month period.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
